We're urgently hiring for Lead Mainframe Developer / Mainframe Developer Job Title: Lead Mainframe Developer / Mainframe Developer Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Experience: 6 to 12 Years Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and driven Mainframe Developer / Lead Mainframe Developer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mainframe technologies and modernization, with hands-on experience in legacy migration and cloud transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Participate in Mainframe modernization and legacy migration projects. Work on migration initiatives including On-Prem to Cloud (Azure) and Mainframe to Micro Focus. Understand and analyze business requirements for modernization and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and support solutions using COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS, MQ, VSAM. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including onshore and offshore stakeholders. Apply automation techniques using Java or Python where applicable. Involve in REST API integration and basic validations using Java. Support production issues with strong problem-solving and triaging skills.
