JOB DESCRIPTION :

Lead the development of new machining processes and tooling strategies for prototype and production parts.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
Oversee the introduction of new equipment, technologies, and automation into the shop floor.
Manage and mentor a team of process engineers, CNC programmers, and technicians.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in cycle time, quality, and cost.
Develop and implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
Coordinate with suppliers for tooling, materials, and outsourced processes.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
