What you will be doing:

The National Account Executive will be responsible for
a) Represent FedEx to current and potential customers through face-to-face and digital interactions as part of the sales process.
b) Achieve sales targets by effectively executing large account sales strategies.
c) Design and implement account strategies to grow large corporate accounts.
d) Design and deliver sales presentations to engage customers, promote products or services.
e) Focus on customer acquisition and retention to drive business growth.
f) Lead pre-sales activities, including understanding customer needs and creating proposals.
g) Generate customer proposals and pricing proposals tailored to meet specific requirements.
h) Ensure seamless account activation processes for new customers.
i) Provide post-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
j) Monitor competitors activities and market trends to stay competitive in the industry.

You will be a great fit if you

have:

a) Minimum Education Graduation (Post Graduate also can apply)
b) Minimum Experience: 5 yrs in B2B enterprise sales, (Logistics Preferable ) sales (Other industry Candidate can also apply if fits other criteria)
c) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proven expertise in influencing, persuading, negotiating and decision making
  • Strong in written & verbal communication
  • Knowledge and skill to handle key and large customer accounts across South and East India
  • Comfortable networking with anyone
