Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Silvassa for a Deputy Manager/Manager Accounts & Finance. The role involves managing daily accounting activities, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations, handling tax filings, and collaborating with auditors. The Deputy Manager/Manager will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, as well as monitoring cash flow and financial Master's degree in Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus. Strong knowledge and experience in accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance. Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Experience in tax filings, payroll management, and auditing. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Familiarity with accounting software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
