Position: Logistics Executive

Industry: Automotive – Old Car Scrapping

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as Associate – Customer Care. This role plays a crucial part in delivering a smooth, transparent, and positive experience for our customers throughout the vehicle scrapping and certification process.

What the Government Wants from Us

As a Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facility (RVSF), the government expects us to:

- Ensure proper dismantling, de-pollution, and disposal of old vehicles.

- Maintain transparency, legal documentation, and traceability in all scrapping processes.

- Contribute to the national goal of reducing vehicular pollution and improving road safety.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate and oversee the inbound and outbound logistics of old/scrap vehicles.

· Manage daily transport scheduling and vehicle movement tracking.

· Liaise with transport vendors, yard supervisors, and internal teams.

· Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of scrap vehicles from various locations.

· Maintain accurate inventory and vehicle status records in the system.

Candidates Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum qualification: Graduation preferred.

· Minimum 1-3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in the automobile or scrap management sector.

· Strong communication and coordination skills.

· Basic understanding of vehicle types and logistics compliance is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

- Monthly Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 (Based on experience and skillset)

- Incentives: Performance-based variable incentives
