Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator with 3–5 years of experience to manage and optimize our end-to-end logistics operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with logistics vendors, warehouses, and sales teams to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries, maintain accurate inventory records, and provide regular updates to all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with multiple logistics vendors to negotiate the best costs and ensure timely deliveries.
• Warehouse Interaction: Coordinate with warehouses for inventory management and dispatch operations.
• Sales Team Support: Work closely with sales executives and coordinators to align logistics with sales timelines and requirements.
• Logistics Optimization: Identify and implement cost-effective and time-efficient transportation solutions.
• Inventory Management: Maintain daily stock in/out entries and keep the stock sheet accurately updated.
• Stock Audits: Regularly reconcile physical stock with master stock sheets to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Dispatch Monitoring: Track and document all dispatches; ensure the status is always up to date.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide timely updates on shipments, delays, and stock movements to all relevant stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, vendor management, and inventory control.
• Proficient in MS Excel and logistics management tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho Inventory)
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
