LLM Model training : Operations lead

DeepLLMData specializes in providing expert human data to power frontier models. We work on multiple domains including Coding, Python, DA/DS, Java, Swift, Programming, STEM, PhD, Maths, domain-specific experts, image and video annotators, and image and video data provisioning specialists.

Role Description

This is a Lead role for somebody from the programming background. We are looking for somebody who has hands-on experience with LLM Model training. He will perform following functions:

A. Operations Lead will be responsible for day-to-day resource management for all the programs running at a point in time.

B. Co-ordinate with all the Programmers to deliver the SFT and RLHF.

C. Do the interviews and help with onboarding the Data annotation team.

C. Should have hands-on experience to understand the Quality of the Coding SFT/RLHF being delivered by the team.

D. Since the tasks are delivered with on-demand resources, good amount of co-ordination is needed.

E. As the company grows this role will structure the Delivery to perform optimally

Qualifications

• Experience of working with a LLM Model training
• Experience with Coding SFT/RLHF
• Strong ability to co-ordinate and lead the large number of various tasks
• B. Tech/BE from a IIT or a NIT
• More than 2+ years experience.
