Write clean, maintainable JavaScript (Typescript) and React code. Participate in code reviews, stand-ups, and team discussions. Ask questions, seek mentorship, and continuously improve your craft. Debug issues and contribute to fixing bugs in a timely manners. Collaborate on UI/UX improvements and follow design specifications.
