Company Description UClean is Asia's largest chain of live laundry and dry-cleaning stores operating on a hyperlocal neighborhood model. The brand partners with micro-entrepreneurs to start their own UClean franchise, supporting them to achieve profitability and sustainability. UClean offers a range of curated cleaning services including laundry by kg, dry-cleaning, shoe cleaning, bags & luggage cleaning, upholstery, and carpet cleaning to become a one-stop-shop for all cleaning requirements. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Faridabad for a Legal Compliance Specialist at UClean. The Legal Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and internal policies, conducting compliance audits, and implementing compliance management strategies. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice on corporate matters, contracts, agreements, and regulatory compliance. Draw, review, and negotiate contracts, MOUs, and other legal documents. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Manage and oversee royalty collection processes to ensure timely payments and compliance with agreements. Monitor and address legal risks associated with business operations. Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities as required. Conduct regular audits and compliance checks across various departments. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure corporate governance and compliance. Train and mentor team members on legal and compliance matters. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) or related field. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in legal and compliance roles, preferably in a corporate setting. Strong understanding of Indian corporate laws, labor laws, and regulatory frameworks. Experience in royalty collection and contract management is a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
