Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an HRBR and CMR NPUC HRBR at Ekya Schools in North Bangalore, Byrathi, CMR National Public School, and CMR NPUC Byrathi. The ideal candidate will have 6-11 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders for seamless communication.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Analyze and resolve complex HR-related issues efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and other HR software applications.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
