Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Leasing Executive to join our Noida team. This role is pivotal in expanding our retail leasing operations and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential retail clients for leasing opportunities.
• Coordinate and conduct site visits with clients and stakeholders.
• Negotiate lease terms and finalize agreements in line with company policies.
• Maintain and update client databases and leasing records.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available properties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate leasing or sales preferred; freshers with a strong passion for real estate are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
