Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Executive located in Gurgaon. The Leasing Executive will be responsible for managing commercial leasing processes, conducting lease negotiations, administering lease agreements, performing market research, and ensuring high client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining relationships with clients and landlords, preparing lease documentation, and actively participating in property viewings and negotiations.

• Commercial Leasing and Lease Negotiations skills
• Experience in Lease Administration and understanding of Leases
• Proficiency in conducting Market Research
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
• Experience in the commercial real estate industry
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
