Leasing Executive

You will be joining LeaseKey, a leading commercial real estate investment advisory and commercial leasing service provider located in Gurgaon. As a Leasing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to oversee commercial leasing processes, conduct lease negotiations, manage lease agreements, conduct market research, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. Your role will be crucial in maintaining relationships with clients and landlords, preparing lease documentation, and actively participating in property viewings and negotiations. To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in commercial leasing and lease negotiations, have experience in lease administration and understanding of leases, be proficient in conducting market research, and have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Your organizational and time management skills will be key in managing multiple clients independently. Previous experience in the commercial real estate industry is essential, and a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field will be advantageous.,
