As a Learning Solutions Architect (SA) within the Design Services of the Solution and Enablement department, part of Enterprise, you will report to the Director of Design Services. Leveraging advanced knowledge in instructional design, leadership development, and the wide range of HBP content, your role involves providing design services, reference designs, and continuous innovations to clients and Client-facing Team members. Collaborating with internal and client teams, you will serve as a design resource and advisor on available solutions, new content, intellectual property, and design innovations. Your responsibilities include independently managing design projects, creating impactful digital and blended modules, ensuring client customization and contextualization, and maintaining high-quality standards in client deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Provide design consulting to client teams post-sale on available content, activities, and assets for detailed designs. - Independently manage design projects from start to finish. - Develop digital and blended modules with client customization, ensuring high-quality deliverables. - Lead projects with other design specialists and maintain exceptional attention to detail. - Drive efficiency by reusing existing solution designs in new scenarios to reduce development time. - Support the launch of new offerings and content by creating reference designs and training client engagement teams. - Propose new approaches in response to changing client contexts. - Collaborate effectively with Project Services and Strategic Learning Managers. - Conduct independent client discovery conversations and demonstrate strong knowledge of HBP's content and frameworks. Qualifications: - Master's degree preferred. - 8+ years of relevant experience. - Proven ability in designing leadership and management development programs. - Experience in consulting and professional services for complex learning solutions or in a learning and development organization. - Ability to develop and share thought leadership on learning and leadership development trends. - Proficiency in creating high-impact live session designs and broad-based knowledge of Learning and Development. - Knowledge of learning technologies preferred. - Strong interpersonal skills, excellent collaboration, and teaming skills. - Innovative, flexible, and client-focused approach to consulting. - Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a remote working environment. - Approximately 10% travel required.
