This role is ideal for someone comfortable with Microsoft tools and curious about AI and automation. You ll assist in streamlining day-to-day tasks, analyzing data, and supporting productivity initiatives across teams. Key Responsibilities Support teams with day-to-day operations using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Explore and apply AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, etc.) to simplify or automate routine tasks. Perform data entry, cleanup, and basic analysis using Excel or other tools. Create documentation or templates to standardize frequently repeated tasks. Assist in preparing presentations and reports based on team needs.
