Learning & Development Intern

This is a unique opportunity to gain real-world startup experience, build a portfolio of impactful work, and expand your expertise in learning design, content creation, and the use of AI in human resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of learning programs and digital training materials (presentations, guides, scripts, templates, toolkits, and video content)
• Research best practices and trends in career development, learning design, and HR innovation
• Draft and edit engaging, learner-friendly written content for various training formats
• Collaborate on AI-integrated learning workflows and training tools
• Assist in the design of learning assessments, onboarding paths, and knowledge checks
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment of all content to JTH standards and brand voice
• Contribute to new program ideas and iterate on existing offerings

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (any discipline is welcome)
• Have strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for clarity and detail
• Are genuinely interested in human resources, learning & development, or career coaching
• Are curious about how AI can be applied in education, HR, and the future of work
• Are comfortable researching unfamiliar topics and transforming them into clear, practical learning tools
• Can work independently, manage time well, and thrive in a startup environment
• Are excited by innovation, startups, and building something that makes a difference
