Lean Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lean Manager, located in Tiruppur. The Lean Manager will be responsible for implementing lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and productivity. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing production processes, identifying areas for improvement, developing strategies to eliminate waste, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The Lean Manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure optimal workflow and maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Process Optimization
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct time and motion studies
• Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills
• Experience in project management and implementing change
• Understanding of garment production processes and quality control
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Experience in the textile or apparel industry is a plus
