?We’re looking for a seasoned professional to lead and execute large-scale telecom infrastructure projects across FTTH/FTTX, OSP, and mobile site deployments (2G/3G/4G/5G).🔧

What You’ll Do

✅ Lead end-to-end planning and execution of OSP fiber deployments, site construction & commissioning✅ Conduct site surveys, review network designs, prepare BOM/BOQ, and supervise civil & electrical site works✅ Ensure flawless last-mile connectivity, fiber splicing, OTDR testing, and network quality assurance✅ Manage vendors, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain full project documentation⭐

What We’re Looking For

✔️

8+ years

of solid experience in

telecom infrastructure

, with core focus on

OSP fiber deployment

✔️ Proven expertise in

planning, trenching, ducting, blowing/pulling, splicing, OTDR & Power Meter testing, and fault finding

✔️ Strong knowledge of

telecom site civil and electrical works

, including tower erection and equipment integration✔️ Skilled in managing teams, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders✔️ Excellent command of tools like OTDR, splicing machines, CAD software, and Microsoft Office✔️ Degree/Diploma in ECE, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related field🚀
