Job Description

You have an outstanding opportunity to work as a Lead Solutions Engineer with Financial Services customers in Chennai, India. You will be responsible for crafting innovative customer engagement roadmaps using Salesforce applications and platform. To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of driving business outcomes through technology solutions, particularly in engaging with C-level Business and Technology groups within financial services organizations. Your specific responsibilities will include providing thought leadership on how large enterprise organizations can achieve customer success through digital transformation. You will be expected to identify business challenges through discovery sessions, workshops, and engage with business users to create solution presentations, demonstrations, and prototypes. Additionally, you will need to build roadmaps that outline the implementation of solutions to transition from the current to the future state. Your ability to effectively present and communicate the business value to managers and executives at all levels will be crucial. Moreover, you will be required to deliver functional and technical responses to RFPs/RFIs, work collaboratively with teammates, and demonstrate proficiency in integrating cloud applications with existing business technology. As a Lead Solutions Engineer, you will lead multiple customer engagements simultaneously, showing self-motivation, flexibility, and initiative in your work approach. In terms of required skills, you should have a relevant degree or equivalent experience along with 12+ years of experience in the IT industry. Experience in pre-sales or implementation of customer engagement solutions, especially in the financial services sector, is essential. You should possess a deep understanding of demonstrating customer engagement solutions, customer journeys, and key metrics in the financial industry. Furthermore, expertise in solution selling to Enterprise customers within the Financial Services industry, as well as knowledge of Cloud Computing, SFA, Service & Support, Marketing, and Mobile solutions, will be advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional presentation and demonstration abilities, and a focus on needs analysis and business justification are key competencies required for this role. Your innovative thinking, ability to build new solutions, and engage with stakeholders at all levels will be critical to your success as a Lead Solutions Engineer.,
