Lead QA Automation Engineer

Job Title: Lead QA with Automation Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra Job Type: Full time Experience Level: 6+ years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lead QA Engineer – Automation to lead our QA automation efforts. In this role, you will drive quality assurance strategies, implement automated testing solutions, and mentor a team of QA engineers. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software products. Required Skills: 6+ years of QA experience with at least 3 years in a lead role. Strong expertise in test automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit). Experience with scripting and programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python). Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Experience testing RESTful APIs using Postman, RestAssured, etc. Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling) is a plus. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
