As a Lead-Post Sales, you will be responsible for addressing customer complaints and resolving them to the best of your ability in alignment with Livspace's warranty policy in order to provide exceptional customer service. Your primary objective will be to contribute towards the overarching business goal of establishing Livspace as a premier brand in the industry, offering an extensive range of top-quality products and unparalleled service. We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic and dedicated, with a profound understanding of Modular, Custom, and Service aspects to elevate customer satisfaction and foster trust in Livspace. You should possess a comprehensive understanding and technical proficiency in Interior Products such as Modular, Customization, and related services. Your role will involve diagnosing the root cause of issues and devising effective solutions, as well as being knowledgeable about the installation procedures for Modular, Civil, and Custom works. It is imperative that you are well-versed in hardware, material specifications, and technical details. Effective verbal articulation, presentation skills, and written communication are essential for this role, along with active listening and strong problem-solving abilities. Your interpersonal and analytical skills will be crucial in interacting with customers, and you should be flexible with your work schedule and availability. With a minimum of 2 years of experience, you will continuously strive to enhance the quality of after-sales services and ensure customer satisfaction under all circumstances. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries via calls and emails, serving as the single point of contact for all product, service, and warranty-related queries, making independent decisions, and organizing solutions efficiently. Collaboration with various departments to expedite issue resolution within specified timelines, maintaining records of customer interactions, and following up to verify the effectiveness of implemented solutions are key aspects of your role. Conducting feedback calls with customers and recognizing the significance of your position in the organization are essential for success in this role. Your educational background should consist of a graduation degree with a total of 15 years of academic education.,
