As a Lead-Post Sales at Livspace, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints and reconciling them to the best possible extent in accordance with Livspace's warranty policy, all aimed at delivering exceptional customer experience and enhancing client satisfaction and trust. Your role is crucial in achieving Livspace's overall business goal of being the top gadget brand with an array of amazing products and world-class service. You should possess in-depth knowledge and technical expertise in Interior Products such as Modular, Custom, and services. This includes the ability to analyze the root cause of issues and provide effective solutions, as well as knowledge about the installation process of Modular, Civil, and Custom work. It is essential to be well-versed in hardware, materials specifications, and technical details. Strong verbal articulation, presentation, and written communication skills are necessary for this role. As the primary point of contact for all queries related to the product, services, and warranty, you must be a good listener with active problem-solving skills. Additionally, good interpersonal and analytical skills are crucial in interacting with customers effectively. Flexibility in work timings and availability is required to meet the demands of the role. A minimum qualification of Graduation with at least 15 years of academic education is expected. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Your responsibilities will include continuously working to improve the quality of after-sales services, ensuring customer satisfaction in all circumstances, answering calls and emails to update customers on their queries, and assisting clients with comprehensive support. You should be able to make independent decisions and organize solutions effectively, demonstrating strong organizational capabilities. Collaboration with different departments to ensure timely resolution of issues, keeping records of customer queries, updates, complaints, comments, and inquiries, as well as following up to ensure appropriate actions are taken on customer requests and complaints are part of your daily tasks. Conducting feedback calls with customers is also an integral part of the role. It is crucial that you understand the gravity of the role and are committed to delivering exceptional service that aligns with Livspace's commitment to customer satisfaction.,
