We're Hiring: Lead Network Support Engineer

Lead Network Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead network support operations, incident response, and root cause analysis
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network hardware, firewalls, switches, and routers
  • Work on configuration and deployment of LAN/WAN, VPN, and security protocols
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network infrastructure in a 24x7 environment
  • Document procedures, conduct periodic reviews, and ensure compliance with industry standards

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in

    network administration/support

  • Proven expertise in Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or equivalent platforms
  • Hands-on experience with

    routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs

    , and

    network monitoring tools

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex network environments
  • Valid certifications:

    CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, or equivalent

    (must be active)
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus
