Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Lead Generation Specialist to support our education-driven sales initiatives. In this role, you will prospect educational institutions, conduct outreach, qualify leads, and set up meetings for our sales team. You’ll maintain CRM records, provide market feedback, and work closely with sales and marketing to drive pipeline growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential schools, colleges, and universities.
  • Reach out via email, phone, LinkedIn to initiate contact.
  • Qualify prospects using clear criteria (budget, needs, authority, timeline).
  • Schedule demos or discovery calls with qualified leads.
  • Log all interactions and monitor follow‑up cadence.
  • Coordinate meeting confirmations and reschedules.
  • Share feedback and insights with marketing and product teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years in cold calling, appointment-setting, inside sales, or similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, especially with non‑technical audiences.
  • Comfortable handling rejection and persistent outreach.
