Lead Generation Specialist

✅ Job Title: Lead Generation Executive – US Market (Night Shift)
Location: City Vista, Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra

✅ Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify potential clients in USA across business like:Use LinkedIn, Google, Clutch, Upwork, Yelp, etc., for quality data extractionCold call & qualify prospects based on defined criteriaSet up appointments with interested prospects for the in-house sales teamMaintain daily activity logs, CRM entries, and reportingFollow call scripts, objection handling, and nurturing best practices

✅ Who You Should Be:
6 months to 2 years of cold calling or B2B lead gen experience (US/UK shift)Fluent in spoken English with neutral accentProven experience in handling objections and setting qualified appointments

Comfortable working with CRM’s and dialing tools like RingCentral

Knowledge of Digital Marketing / Web design industry is a plus but not necessary

Must meet daily, weekly and monthly leads target

Base Salary: (Depending on experience)
Unlimited Performance Incentives, no Cap
