You will work closely with logistics and accounts to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.In the Online Lead Calling role, your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming online inquiries and reach out to potential customers generated through websites, digital campaigns, or online platforms. You will engage with prospects, understand their requirements, explain product offerings, and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team. Timely documentation of lead conversations and updating CRM systems is crucial.The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), basic computer knowledge, and a proactive attitude. Prior experience in sales coordination or telecalling is a plus. This role offers a blend of backend sales support and direct customer engagement, contributing significantly to business growth.
