Responsibilities

• Lead the design of civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to determine project requirements and deliverables.
• Oversee the preparation of design plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct site investigations and assessments to inform design decisions.
• Review and provide feedback on junior engineers' work and design submissions.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and project progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of experience in civil engineering design roles.
• Strong knowledge of civil design software and tools.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
