Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the delivery quality team to ensure high-quality services and products.
Develop and implement quality control processes to improve service delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Analyze data and metrics to measure quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide training and coaching to team members on quality procedures and best practices.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management services or a related field.
