Roles and Responsibility

  • Lead the delivery quality team to ensure high-quality services and products.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members on quality procedures and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management services or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure quality performance.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
