Looking for a skilled professional to lead our delivery quality team at Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt. Ltd., with 13 years of experience in the field. Roles and Responsibility Lead the delivery quality team to ensure high-quality services are delivered to clients. Develop and implement quality control processes to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements. Train and guide team members on quality control procedures. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
