What You'll Do

• Translate product ideas and technical needs into

  working POCs, MVPs, and production-ready features

• Design and implement

  scalable AI-powered applications

  using modern toolchains and frameworks
• Combine different AI services, libraries, and APIs to create new end-user experiences
• Optimize for

  speed, functionality, and usability

  across every product milestone
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and other engineers to drive rapid development
• Ship early and often — with

  POCs delivered in days, MVPs in a week, and fully production-ready AI-powered products in a matter of weeks

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years

  in AI application development or software engineering

• Demonstrated ability

  to deliver real-world AI solutions (POCs to production)
• Experience working with

  AI frameworks, APIs, or pretrained models

• Strong grasp of

  system design, architectural thinking

  , and practical integration
• Comfortable working with

  modern development environments

  and iterative delivery cycles
• Ability to

  compose solutions using available tools, frameworks, and services

  rather than building from scratch

Tools & Ecosystem Familiarity

While this role emphasizes product thinking and fast delivery, familiarity with modern AI tools will help you succeed. You should be comfortable working with or exploring tools such as:

• AI Service APIs

  – OpenAI, Claude, Cohere, Hugging Face, Together.ai

• Frameworks & Libraries

  – LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, transformers, chromadb, Faiss

• Model Hubs & Repositories

  – Hugging Face Hub, Replicate, Ollama, LM Studio

• Development Environments

  – Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf

• Orchestration & Integration

  – REST APIs, prompt pipelines, chaining tools
