Job Title: Relationship Manager Loan Against Property (LAP) Location: Mumbai Department: Retail Lending / Secured Loans Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Relationship Manager LAP to drive business growth through the acquisition and servicing of customers in need of Loan Against Property products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of secured lending, relationship management, and credit analysis. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Source new customers through cold calling, referrals, and channel partners. Identify potential clients for LAP through open market. Ensure achievement of monthly and annual business targets. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Loan Processing: Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely processing of applications. Assist clients in documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies. Follow up on loan disbursements and post-disbursement servicing. Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitor offerings. Provide feedback to the product team for enhancements. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree 2+ years of experience in LAP sales or secured lending. Strong understanding of LAP products, underwriting norms, and local market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets. Preferred Experience: Exposure to working with NBFCs, banks, or housing finance companies. Experience with both residential and commercial property-backed lending.
