Ticket size: 2 L to 2 Cr

Business Mode: DSA

Location:

Palakkad, Thrissur, Trivandrum and Kottayam.

Experience: 7 to 13 Years

Age Criteria: Less than 34 year 6 month.

Generate new customer leads through, DAS, Connector and Direct Marketing. Responsible for hire and train Sales executives for business productivity.
He has to drive Secured business (MLAP & STSL).
Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the geography assigned
Follow up on new leads, empanel New DSA's and referrals to generate business
Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to him/her, for Direct business and DSA.
Follow the various internal guidelines and procedures of the firm.
Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement.
Resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service.
Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups made
