Job Description

Description We are seeking a dedicated Language Expert who is proficient in Hindi and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. Responsibilities Resolve inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. Assist customers in both Hindi and English, providing clear and effective communication. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and service quality. Provide feedback on customer interactions to help enhance service processes. Skills and Qualifications Proficient in Hindi and English, both written and verbal. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly. Familiar with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Customer service or retail experience preferred. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
