Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Associate to drive membership sales for luxury hotels. The ideal candidate should have strong research skills, excellent communication, and a passion for sales and relationship building. Key Responsibilities: Research leads using platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram for better engagement and conversion. Identify and target the right audience through an omnichannel approach. Convert leads by delivering compelling presentations about the hotel membership program. Build and manage a sales funnel through strong relationship management and referrals. Enroll prospects using a soft, honest, and courteous approach. Ensure excellent client relationship management with timely follow-ups and customer service. Handle escalations promptly and professionally. Required Skills: Smart, spontaneous, and a quick decision-maker with strong negotiation skills. Passion for sales and the ability to build meaningful client relationships. Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year of luxury sales experience (preferred). Social media savvy. Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English and a local language.
