KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle the complete land acquisition lifecycle: site identification, due diligence, negotiations, and documentation.
• Liaise with revenue departments, tehsils, gram panchayats, and other government agencies to ensure legal clarity and support.
• Manage land-related documentation—ownership verification, mutation, registry, patta, and compliance tracking.
• Ensure smooth coordination with local communities and stakeholders during acquisition and post-acquisition phases.
• Maintain meticulous legal records and ensure full statutory compliance as per renewable energy guidelines.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Graduate in Law, Geography, Rural Development, or relevant disciplines.
• Experience in real estate, infrastructure, solar energy, or local land consultancy.
• Excellent communication skills and field-level negotiation abilities.
• Strong understanding of Rajasthan land revenue systems and regulatory norms.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the state.
