Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Land Acquisition Manager based in Hyderabad. The Land Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying potential land for acquisition, conducting market research, and evaluating land use planning. The role involves handling the entire acquisition process, including negotiations and formalities. The manager will also need to analyze financial aspects, manage relationships with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Land Use Planning and Acquisitions
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to conduct thorough Market Research
• Knowledge of Finance, particularly related to land transactions
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and travel as required
• Proficiency in regulatory compliance and legal procedures related to land acquisition
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
