Job Title: Plant HR Executive (Rotational Shift) Department: Human Resources Reporting To: HR Manager / Plant Head-HR Location: Solar Module Manufacturing Plant Job Purpose: To manage and execute day-to-day HR activities at the plant level, ensuring smooth HR operations for employees working in shifts. This includes attendance, manpower planning, statutory compliance, grievance handling, welfare activities, and coordination with the central HR team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Attendance & Shift Management Monitor daily attendance of workers and staff for all shifts. Prepare and maintain shift rosters in coordination with production. Track overtime, leave, and absenteeism; escalate discrepancies. Ensure timely updating of attendance records in the HRMS. 2. Maintain records of daily manpower strength and deployment. 3. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling Act as first point of contact for employee issues on the shop floor. MIS & Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports (attendance, OT, absenteeism, shift-wise manpower). Submit timely reports to the central HR team and Plant Head. 7. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Support HSE initiatives by HR for workers (PPE, safety training, etc.). Ensure compliance with safety norms in coordination with the safety team. Key Skills Required: Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance. Hands-on experience with attendance & payroll software. Strong people handling skills for blue-collar workforce. Conflict resolution and grievance handling. Good communication and coordination abilities. Willingness to work in rotational shifts. Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR / Industrial Relations / Labor Welfare. Additional certification in Labor Laws is an advantage.
