Job Title: Plant HR Executive (Rotational Shift) Department: Human Resources Reporting To: HR Manager / Plant Head-HR Location: Solar Module Manufacturing Plant Job Purpose: To manage and execute day-to-day HR activities at the plant level, ensuring smooth HR operations for employees working in shifts. This includes attendance, manpower planning, statutory compliance, grievance handling, welfare activities, and coordination with the central HR team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Attendance & Shift Management Monitor daily attendance of workers and staff for all shifts. Prepare and maintain shift rosters in coordination with production. Support internal and external audits related to HR. 5. Welfare & Engagement Oversee implementation of employee welfare facilities (canteen, uniforms, transport, etc.). Conduct periodic engagement activities for shop floor employees. Assist in organizing training programs for workers on safety, skill enhancement, and compliance. 6. MIS & Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports (attendance, OT, absenteeism, shift-wise manpower). Submit timely reports to the central HR team and Plant Head. 7. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Support HSE initiatives by HR for workers (PPE, safety training, etc.). Ensure compliance with safety norms in coordination with the safety team.
