Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies related to employee welfare.
Develop and implement effective welfare programs to improve employee morale, productivity, and overall well-being.
Manage various welfare activities such as medical services, housing facilities, transportation arrangements, and recreational activities.
Collaborate with management teams to resolve employee grievances and address any issues that may arise during the year.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-4 years of experience in Employee Welfare & Labour Welfare role.
MBA/PGDM degree from a recognized institution (preferably in MHRM or related field).
Strong understanding of Labour Laws, Regulations, Policies & Procedures; knowledge of MHRM principles would be an added advantage.
Proficiency in Telugu language is essential
Worked in factory HR in charge role. Handled Social Audits and ISO audits
Ratified by AP Government welfare Officer.
