Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure across LAN and WAN environments.
Handle incident and change management processes in a NOC environment as per ITIL best practices.
Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of Cisco routers and switches in both enterprise and data center networks.
Execute L2-level troubleshooting of network issues, including link failures, device performance, and routing/switching problems.
Support network changes including hardware upgrades, migrations, IOS/code upgrades, and device replacements.
Maintain and update network documentation, topology diagrams, and change logs.
Coordinate with service providers, vendors (Cisco TAC), and internal teams to ensure minimal downtime.
Provide on-call support during network outages, escalations, or critical incidents.
Work closely with L3 engineers for escalated issues and project rollouts.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

3+ years of hands-on experience in network operations/support.
Strong expertise in Cisco switches and routers – 2960, 3650, 4500, 9300, 9500, Nexus series, ASR routers, etc.
Solid understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols – VLAN, STP, EtherChannel, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP.
Exposure to data center networking environments and network automation tools is an added advantage.
Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, Netbrain, Nagios, etc.).
Hands-on with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or similar.
Familiarity with basic firewall concepts, wireless controllers, and DNS/DHCP (Infoblox) is a plus
