Operations Leads with 7 to 10 years of experience

Kore.AI Architects - 5 to 8 years experience

Kore.AI developers - 3 to.5 years experience.

Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Lead to manage day-to-day operations, maintenance, and governance of our Conversational AI solutions built using Kore.AI, MS Azure OpenAI, and supporting technologies like Python, Node.js, JavaScript, and ReactJS.

We are also looking for Architects and developers with Kore.AI expertise.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in the Kore.AI platform, cloud-native architecture (preferably Azure), and a proven track record in chatbot implementations across multiple business functions.

Required Skills

•  Strong foundation in dialog task design, NLP/NLU optimization, context management, and bot orchestration.

• Proficient in Node.js/JavaScript/Python and building serverless functions (preferably in Azure).

• Experience with Azure ecosystem – Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, Key Vault, App Insights, Storage, etc.

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication methods (OAuth2.0, JWT), and secure integration patterns.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of front-end tech (HTML/CSS/ReactJS) is a plus.

• Certification in Kore.AI, Azure Architecture, or AI/ML is a strong plus.
