Role Overview:

KNX Automation Programmer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, program, configure, and commission home automation systems, including lighting, climate control, AV, and security.
• Work with systems such as 

  KNX

  , 

  Lutron

  , 

  Crestron

  , with knowledge of automation processors like 

  Elan

  , 

  RTI

  , 

  Basalte

  , and 

  URC

  .
• Integrate and configure 

  Audio-Video (Home Theatre Systems)

  , 

  CCTV

  , and 

  Intervision Security Systems

  .
• Conduct detailed site surveys, understand client requirements, and develop customized automation solutions.
• Coordinate and regularly meet with project managers, architects, interior designers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with project goals.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during installation and post-installation stages.
• Maintain detailed documentation for programming, system configurations, and technical reports.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the smart living and automation industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in home automation and AV integration.
• Hands-on experience with 

  KNX

  , 

  Lutron

  , and 

  Crestron

   systems.
• Working knowledge of processors like 

  Elan

  , 

  RTI

  , 

  Basalte

  , and 

  URC

  .
• Strong understanding of 

  AV integration

  , 

  Home Theatre setup

  , 

  CCTV

  , and 

  security systems

  .
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills with a professional, client-facing approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in 

  KNX

  , 

  Crestron

  , or 

  Lutron

   programming (preferred).
• Experience managing residential and luxury commercial automation projects.
