Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow key client accounts. The KAM will serve as the lead point of contact for all client matters, ensure the timely delivery of services, resolve client issues effectively, and build strong, long-term relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

 Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients.

 Ensure timely and successful execution of services as per client expectations.

 Coordinate with internal teams (Documentation, Content, Compliance) to deliver solutions.

 Monitor file status and proactively follow up to close open actions.

 Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions and service step.

 Handle escalations with a calm, solution-driven approach.

 Provide regular status updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

 Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and support cross-selling.

 Maintain client trust through consistent communication, transparency, and proactive

support.

Preferred Qualities:

 Experience in the service industry, documentation processes, or B2B operations.

 Ability to understand client needs and translate them into internal actionables.

 Strong analytical skills for tracking KPIs, preparing reports, and identifying trends.

KPIs for Success:

 TAT (Turnaround Time) adherence for file submissions.

 Reduction in client escalations.

 Client satisfaction score (CSAT/NPS).

 File closure rate within defined timelines.

 Contribution to retention and renewal rates.
