Plan and achieve product sales objectives (by Value, products, and segments) for the region by closely working with technical partners, applicators, key accounts, and other direct customers. Responsible for order generation of products through the above channels and manage order pipeline for the region Develop channel partners , through understanding of key customers needs and requirements. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers within time, meeting monthly company objectives , working in team , eyeing on competitor activities. Identify new Business opportunity , untapped new geography , covert non-customer to customer Candidate Profile (e.g.- Current Role of candidate, Preferred geographic exposure, Business Volume, Technical Skill, Lang pref., Team Size etc) Relevant experience should be in: Dealing with Resin Flooring , Water Proofing or Industrial coating. presently working in sales for atleast 10 years should have working experience in this Geography of North East , knowledge of local language is proffered , Handling 3-6 Cr of Business independently Good communication and negotiation skills , Key account management skill , handling and understanding project , basic knowledge of IT.
