About The Opportunity

• Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Engage actively with hiring managers and candidates to ensure effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and manage candidate pipelines using modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Draft and post compelling job advertisements across various platforms to attract top talent.
• Conduct market research to inform recruitment strategies and stay updated on industry trends.
• Provide vital administrative assistance to the recruitment team, ensuring smooth operational support.
