Junior Logistics Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented logistics professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate the end-to-end movement of goods—including importation of pharmaceutical products , domestic dispatches, inventory control, and documentation—ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and timely deliveries. Prior experience in pharmaceutical logistics or healthcare supply chain is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for both domestic and international shipments.
• Ensure compliance with GDP, WHO-GMP, CDSCO, and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, warehouse operators, and transport agencies.
• Handle importation documentation including invoice, packing list, COO, MSDS, COA, airway bills, shipping bills, etc.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reorders to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Maintain and optimize warehouse space and logistics costs.
• Track shipments and update internal teams and clients regarding delivery timelines.
• Ensure proper cold chain handling for temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products.
• Resolve any shipment or delivery issues efficiently and professionally.
• Assist in developing SOPs, logistics checklists, and regulatory documentation for audits.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, vendor contacts, and performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in BSC, B.COM, BBA or any related bachelors degree
• 0-1 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, ERP software, and shipment tracking tools.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
