Junior Game Designer

• Design, prototype, and balance

  game levels

  , particularly for casual or puzzle-style mobile games
• Work with the game design team to

  develop and iterate level difficulty curves

• Analyze gameplay data and player behavior to

  refine level design

• Use level editing or proprietary tools to build, test, and polish levels
• Collaborate with artists and developers to ensure

  visual clarity and flow

• Contribute ideas to game mechanics, themes, and features

• Strong understanding of

  gameplay mechanics, level pacing, and player motivation

• Experience creating levels using Unity, Tiled, or similar editors/tools

• Demonstrated interest in level design — ideally with a portfolio of sample levels

  or projects
• Passion for

  casual, puzzle, or mobile games

• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and iterate quickly

• Hands-on experience shaping

  gameplay experiences

  from the ground up
• Mentorship from senior designers and regular feedback loops
