About the Role:

We’re looking for a Flutter Developer to help us build smooth, beautiful, and high-performing mobile applications. In this role, you will contribute to the full development lifecycle — from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.

You’ll work closely with our design and backend teams to ensure seamless integration and an exceptional user experience.

This role is perfect for someone who’s deeply passionate about mobile app development, follows modern UI/UX trends, and wants to grow in a fast-paced, purpose-driven startup.

Key Responsibilities:

· Build cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter

• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive mobile apps
• Integrate APIs and work with RESTful services
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver features on time
• Troubleshoot and debug performance issues, crashes, and bugs
• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve code quality
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and Flutter best practices

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

What You Bring:

• 1.5–3 years of experience in mobile development using Flutter and Dart
• Strong understanding of state management (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, etc.)
• Experience integrating Firebase, Push Notifications, and other third-party libraries
• Familiarity with REST APIs, version control (Git), and CI/CD practices.
• Strong UI skills with a keen eye for detail

Bonus if you have:

• Experience building apps that have been published on the Play Store/App Store
• Knowledge of native Android/iOS development
• Exposure to performance optimization, animations, or custom widgets

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
