Junior Chemist

Key Responsibilities

• Perform sampling and testing of raw materials, feed ingredients, and finished products.
• Conduct routine chemical and physical analyses such as moisture, protein, fiber, ash, fat content, and adulteration detection.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and test reports for documentation and audits.
• Ensure calibration and proper functioning of laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Assist in preparing standard solutions, reagents, and sample preparations.
• Support senior chemists and quality assurance teams in root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and safety protocols during lab activities.
• Monitor quality deviations and escalate issues as required.
• Participate in internal audits, inspections, and sample collection as per SOPs.

Required Education

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Biochemistry.

Relevant Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in a feed mill, food processing unit, or analytical laboratory.
• Freshers with academic lab experience and good technical understanding may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
