Job Title: Analyst Pricing
Shift Timings: 12:00 pm to 09:00 am IST / Flexible with shift timings as per Business needs Functional Requirement:
1) 0- 3 years of related working experience 2) B.com from an accredited university (MBA will be a strong advantage) 3) Strong command over communication (written and verbal) - Speaks/ writes clearly and persuasively, identifying key findings and takeaways and tailoring messaging style to the intended audience; listens well and does not hesitate to request clarification, if required; proactively presents findings and is comfortable speaking in group environments 4) Team Player & Commitment towards role and responsibility; detail oriented 5) Sense of urgency to provide answers when request is from an employee working at customer site 6) we can train the system but need a general understanding of prioritizing and working with others. Technical Skills:
1) Good analytical and computer skills, strong attention to detail 2) Interpersonal Skills: Acts with urgency to perform tasks quickly while demonstrating attention to detail; is accountable for the accuracy and quality of all produced deliverables; commits to long hours of work when necessary to achieve goals; is flexible regarding changing priorities; values the opinions of a diverse group of stakeholders and treats all people with respect. Able to develop strong working relationships with remote colleagues in other countries 3) Analytical Skills & Lateral Thinking: Follows a systematic approach by evaluating each request and identify deviations from the standard process 4) Reasoning & decision-making Skills: Should be vigilant and question if any request is going out of the standard process. Also make critical decisions and provide approvals to other counter parts with regards to processing a specific request(s)
