About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Architect with 3–4 years of professional experience to join our studio. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and Rhino, with proven experience in site execution. This role sits at the intersection of design and delivery—perfect for someone who thrives both in the studio and on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft architectural drawings, detailed working drawings, and construction documents

• Develop 3D models and presentation material to communicate design intent

• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams during project execution

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure design adherence, and troubleshoot on-site challenges

• Support the senior team with material selection, technical detailing, and documentation

• Collaborate closely to maintain design quality from concept to handover

• Stay up-to-date with building codes, local regulations, and construction best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in architecture with significant site execution exposure

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Rhino (knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or Grasshopper is a plus)

• Strong understanding of materials, construction techniques, and detailing

• Ability to work collaboratively and manage time efficiently

• Excellent design sensibility and attention to detail

• Good verbal and written communication skills
